Vinegars Guarro, is a company business dedicated to the elaboration and commercialisation of Vinegar made from wine.

Vinegars Guarro is set in the heart of Conca de Barberà region, in a town called Montblanc (Tarragona). Vine growing has always been a tradition in this region. Another thing to mention about this region is its incomparable monumental and historical surroundings, such as: The Monasterio de Poblet, The Cister Route, or The walls from the village of Montblanc.

Don José Guarro Figuerola founded the company in 1936. Don José, apart from being a well-known local historian, he worked during many years in different companies in the Viticulture sector. Its venturesome character together with the experience he got in the sector, make him to decide to create its own Vinagrería (elaboration of vinegar).

In 1958 when at Don José death, his son, José Maria Guarro Martorell that since then had been learning beside his father all the related with the Vinegar world, took the reins of the family business with the same philosophy of the founder of the company, which was not just to elaborate a good product but to offer a good service.

From 1958 to 2001, Mr. Guarro's son, invested many efforts in the improvement of the productive processes, as well as in the growth he gives the company. The Fruit of his effort was, in the year 2001, Vinegars Guarro representation in almost all the area around Catalonia and Aragon.
